My name is Flor Gaby Jaimes Puma, and I have been working for more than six years sharing my knowledge and traditions with others. I was born in the district of Chinchero, in the Sacred Valley, a place full of history, culture, and natural beauty.
I love sharing my customs and the wisdom passed down from my ancestors. I am deeply connected to nature and often use natural medicine in my daily life. In recent years, I have immersed myself more and more in spirituality, walking the same path my ancestors once did.
For me, spirituality is vast and full of surprises. It has helped me to listen to my body, to observe myself more closely, and to understand that we are already complete beings – although many of us, like I once did for more than thirty years, spend much of our lives lost in the external world.
I recharge my energy simply by looking at green fields, feeling the wind, and being surrounded by nature. These moments nourish both my body and my soul, and I am grateful to share this energy and connection with those who walk alongside me.
